PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGIES TRANSFERRING

PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGIES TRANSFERING INTRODUCTION

After more than 10 years of research, product development, production, and export, Ms. Van realizes that its strength is in product research and development, which is far greater than the production and trading of products from research. Therefore, Ms. Van is shifting to focus on researching and developing projects of production technologies transferring to business partners in need.

In terms of benefits for companies wishing to produce bioplastics, instead of having to spend a lot of money, plus too long time to research and apply a new technology, the production technologies transferring project will help the mentioned companies minimize their costs and can produce products in a very short.

Concurrently, with the experience in product research and development, Ms. Van is very confident in researching new formulas according to the requirements of the market and the requirements of our business partners.

The production technology transfer will be included:

Consulting on investment in appropriate equipment and machinery

Providing the information on basic materials needed to produce products according to the requirements of the contract

      Supplying main chemicals

Supplying the main raw materials if necessary

Providing technical support for production operation

NOTICE:

The supplying of chemicals and main raw materials (if necessary) will be set as a separate sales agreement.  It is not included in the Production Technologies Transferring agreement.

DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCTS

The available technologies of this projects are:

  • Bio-based Home Compost materials technology: For film blowing application. The finished product contains 30-35% plasticized starch. This product has been certified according to international standard NF T51-800:2015 (Home Compost), suitable for blowing film to create finished product packaging.
  • Bio-based Compostable (Industrial Compost) material technology: The finished product contains 45-50%% of plasticized starch. The product has been certified according to ASTM D6400, suitable for blowing film to create finished product packaging.  The characteristics of this plastic are that it is competitive pricing, easy to process, ensures physical and mechanical properties, and passes the “Traditional Plastic (PE) Free” test in the spectroscopic test.
  • Biodegradable plastic material technology: The finished product contains 35-45% of plasticized starch. The product has been tested for biodegradability at 68% within 150 days under ISO 14855-2 standard conditions, suitable for blown film processing to create finished product packaging.
  • Biodegradable plastic material technology: The finished product contains 35-45% of plasticized starch. The product has been tested for biodegradability at 68% within 150 days under ISO 14855-2 standard conditions, suitable for molding processing to create household products.

Developing product:

  • Home compost material technology: The finished product contains 30-35% plasticized starch. It will be certified according to international standard NF T51-800:2015 (Home Compost), suitable for sheeting and shaping to create thin food containers.
